Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Territory: Eastern Canada (Quebec and Maritimes)
Position Summary
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) in the defined territory will be expected to generate end-user leads, support sales opportunities, manage LIGHTVU’s existing dealer channel, and develop new relationships with value-adding partners in the assigned territory.

Duties & Responsibilities
Drive new sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.
Direct management of key clients and channel partners.
Work with Sales & Marketing Management teams to develop sales strategy to support the achievement of revenue targets.
Support business planning with strong and accurate forecasting.
Understand influencers, integrators and other partners to develop strategy and action plans to work with them.
Work with Marketing to promote new offerings and create awareness with end-users and channel partners.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other event marketing activities to promote LIGHTVU and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.
Knowledge
Technical knowledge of display technologies.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to achieve results through performance management.
Demonstrate the ability to sell and promote LIGHTVU products to new customers.
Account development and relationship building skills.

Experience
Experience in the AV / IT industry
Customer service skills and accountability.
