Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Territory: Western Canada
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) in the defined territory will be expected to generate end-user leads, support sales opportunities, manage LIGHTVU’s existing dealer channel, and develop new relationships with value-adding partners in the assigned territory.

Duties & Responsibilities
Drive new sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.
Direct management of key clients and channel partners.
Work with Sales & Marketing Management teams to develop LED strategy to support the achievement of revenue targets.
Support business planning with strong and accurate forecasting.
Understand influencers, integrators and other partners to develop strategy and action plans to work with them.
Work with Marketing to promote new offerings and create awareness with end-users and channel partners.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other event marketing activities to promote LIGHTVU and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.
Strong technical knowledge of LED products.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to achieve results through performance management.
Demonstrate the ability to sell and promote LED products to new customers.
Account development and relationship building skills.
Target focused, internally motivated, optimistic, and professional.
At least 3 years experience in the AV industry or selling large format display solutions.
Above average customer service skills and accountability.
Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business partners.
Motivated with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
Ability to deliver presentation to a group meeting or training session.
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
Internally motivated and able to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
3-5 years in the LED display solution business.
Ability to support sales channels and deliver value at all points in the sales cycle.
